Terms & Condition

For your complete travel arrangements combining transport and hotel accommodation or any one of it please abide by our following terms and conditions.

  • The cost mentioned to you is wholly pre-determined, which is effective of price fluctuation to its related commodities in the market. Re-quote will be notified to you accordingly if taken into place.
  • A sizeable amount of money (which is said to be as BOOKING AMOUNT) should be deposited in advance against confirmation of your travel depending upon your date, time, and size participants and your total cost. This amount is non-refundable and non-transferable. The date and time of depositing the amount will be as such-
    • For Individuals (up to 9 persons): 3-months before exact time of travel
    • For Group (10 persons onward): 6-months before exact time of travel

No booking will be guaranteed to you without receipt of an advance payment. Similarly the full and final payment should be made clear to us just 30-days prior to your exact travel date (for both- individual and group).

  • Cancellation Policy-
    • In case of cancellation of your confirmed booking in between 90-days to 30-days prior to your travel date, the BOOKING AMOUNT will be absorbed and will not be returned
    • In case of cancellation of your confirmed booking in between 30-days to 15-days prior to your travel date and that too after receipt of full and final payment in advance, only 50% of the total amount received will be returned after deducting the BOOKING AMOUNT
    • In case of cancellation of your confirmed booking in between 15-days to the exact date of travel and that too after receipt of full and final payment in advance, no any amount will be returned
  • We take no guarantee for the following factors-
    • Any expense caused by circumstances beyond our control e.g. weather condition, rain, road block, land slide, natural calamities, train/flight delays or/and cancellations, mishaps or/and accidents
    • Factors of local nature, route change, political condition, medical or sickness evacuation, any kind of claims or insurance, any excess baggage charges
    • Any type of claim for lost or damage to baggage or personal belonging
  • The tour arrangements in your itinerary all mentioned to you is subject to availability and flexible. In case of non-availability of the same, an alternative arrangement of more or less similar setup or even an up gradation on additional cost can be made possible per request. Similarly the length of stay / visit of the above programs can be extended / diverted to suit your comfort and luxury with an additional charge.
  • Any disputes should be monitored and justified under Delhi jurisdiction.
  • Other documents that may be required for your journey are your identity document, an international driver's license, inoculation certificates and hotel, car and tour vouchers. Please ensure that you check these entire prior to your departure. For Domestic travelling photo identification proof with address for all passengers must required as per the new government policy.
  • E-Ticketing
  • You must be ready to show your identity document and that of each member of your party and possibly your credit card at the check-in counter of the airline concerned or ticket checker in rail journey.
  • Service tax will be charged on gross invoice @ 3.09%, in case of payments by credit card additional 2% card charges will be charged
  • If there’s an AC failure , AC rates will be charged up to the point of AC failure , further from that point we will be liable to compensate a maximum of 15% on further running.
  • We are not liable to pay any compensation due to technical failure in vehicle or because of any accident resulting to loss of productivity or loss of working man hours. All our vehicles are comprehensively insured all such claims must be pursued with our insurance company only.
  • Any delay in arriving in Delhi because of natural calamities or disasters will be borne by the client i.e. landslides , earthquake , floods etc.
  • We will not be responsible for any luggage or any things left by the client in the vehicle, if found later will be delivered at the client’s address with extra charges.
  • Cancellation charges will be charged as follows for all the premium and luxury vehicles :-
  • 30 days prior to departure –10% of the gross amount or a minimum of 1 day charges.
  • 15 days prior to departure – 25% of the gross amount or a minimum of 1 day charges.
  • 2 days prior to departure – 50% of the gross amount or a minimum of 1 day charges.
  • No show or last minute – 100 % of the gross amount will be charged.
  • All prices/packages are subject to change in Petroleum prices or state taxes without intimation.
